Local meats and seafood are featured at this popular brasserie in Sligo Town. The menu takes traditional brasserie classics and adds a light touch of creative flair—tender rack of local lamb comes with courgette (zucchini) puree and pesto mash while the sea bass is balanced by a piquant pea-and-lemon risotto and a rich champagne cream sauce. Three-course set menus are good value, and feature many dishes from the main menus. The early-bird menu (served until 6:20pm daily) is just €25 for 3 courses. The lunch menu is almost as extensive as dinner, with a few lighter options such as poached chicken salad or seafood chowder.
