High in San Blas, at the end of Carmen Alto, this is the second charming boutique property (the other is in Lima's Barranco district) run by the children of Peruvian artist Victor Delfín. This one is tiny. With just three rooms, it's like crashing at a friend's house—if your friend has great taste in contemporary artwork, that is. There are high ceilings throughout, and rooms feature modern bathrooms and fine bedding and linens. The art is what will probably make the biggest impression, like the chimney in the entryway that's shaped like a puma's head. Discounts are available for longer stays.
