This spinoff from the always great Cicciolina is all about the wine. The cellar here is one of the more extensive in Cusco, with mostly Chilean, Argentine, and Spanish wines that pair with a largely international menu of hearty pastas and meats. I’m personally a fan of the oven-baked pork belly with a spicy apple sauce. The atmosphere is warm and convivial with fresh flowers and modern art on the walls. Like Cicciolina, the experience isn’t limited to a formal dinner; it has some bar space where you can stop in for a glass of wine and small plates.
