You almost don’t want to like this gourmet burger joint from Gastón Acurio, opening right on the plaza, his second Cusco restaurant after ChiCha just one plaza away. But this one is good. Sure, it’s pub grub, but there are lots of Peruvian touches like using Amazonian chiles to spice the wings and huacatay sauce on some burgers. The space is very loud and rock [‘]n’ roll, with a long bar that serves original pisco cocktails and punches and craft beers. Considering there are a handful of international fast-food chains within a 1-min. walk, you could do much worse and won’t have nearly as much fun.
