Set into a steep hillside of Sugar Loaf Mountain, high above the commercial ruckus down below, the lodgings here consist of 39 cozy, log cabins. Yes, the cabins are small (you’ll get bigger rooms in the 100 and 200 level), and without TVs or phones, but they've all got glorious views of the mountains, so why would you want to be staring at a tiny screen or yacking on the phone? The front desk is open 24 hours, and it will arrange to shuttle you to and from the park entrance or the train depot for no extra charge. After a long day of play, you can soak outdoors under the late-night sun in a hot tub; nearby are two of the area’s best restaurants.  One warning: Because the cabins are connected by stairs, this is not the best choice for people with mobility impairments.
