Chef-owner Troy Guard is one of Denver's most prolific restaurateurs. He's also one of the best. His flagship—open since 2009 and named for his initials—TAG is a brick-laden, contemporary space that meshes Guard's experience under the legendary Roy Yamaguchi in Hawaii and his love for local Colorado ingredients.
