This venerable fine dining spot prepares excellent, albeit fancy, fare for a mostly vacationing white-collar crowd. The menu changes daily, but usually available is the pan seared snapper with crawfish etouffee risotto, as well as a Cajun shrimp and grits, and grilled filet mignon with potato pavé in a Worcestershire reduction—all are excellent. If you’d like to try this place, but want to do so on a budget, their “Daily Boho” (read: Early Bird) menu offers real savings for couples: buy one entrée get the second one half off from 4:30 to 5pm. And you can wash it down with a $6 martinis. The restaurant is 1.5 miles east of Seaside.
