Located at the entrance of the photogenic Coleman Beach Pavilion, this Polynesian-inspired bar and restaurant features dishes such as Spam Musubi: two slabs of canned ham with oyster sauce, nori, and sushi rice. The Maui fries, a Don Ho-esque take on poutine, are smothered with black angus beef, tamari brown gravy, cheddar, and scallions. There are also macadamia nut-crusted cobia, huli huli chicken, hamburgers, and a good old fashioned Gulf fish sandwich, among other entrees. The mai tai is big enough for two, but if you drink it yourself, you may confuse Seaside with Honolulu. Aloha!
