Arriving -- If you’re driving, take D186 west from St-Malo to Dinard. SNCF trains go only as far as St-Malo; from there, take bus no. 16A, which departs from the St-Malo rail station daily for the 30-minute ride to Dinard. The one-way fare is 2.30€. Between April and October, Compagnie Corsaire, Gare Maritime de la Bourse, St-Malo (www.compagniecorsaire.com; [tel] 02-23-18-15-15), operates ferryboats from St-Malo to Dinard. The trip takes 10 minutes and costs 4.90€ one-way. A taxi to Dinard from St-Malo is another option; it costs 25€ during the day, with a 50 percent surcharge after 7pm and on Sundays and holidays.
