A contemporary upscale choice for lunch and dinner, it’s the park’s finest dining option. The menu is seasonal and inventive. To give you an idea, it has included lobster popcorn Thai curry soup and Ethiopian coffee butter-infused venison, but it’s gradually dumbing down and is now more likely to serve shrimp and grits, surf-and-turf (tenderloin with scallops), and tamarind-braised short ribs. The casual Nomad Lounge (small plates $10–$17), attached, is an air-conditioned space for small plates (poke, poutine, saté), South African wines, Ethiopian-style coffee, cocktails, and bespoke beer including the Kungaloosh Spiced Excursion Ale, made just for here by Miami’s Concrete Beach Brewery. Nomad, which has a delightful terrace over the water, closes with the park. Entrees $30‒$48. No mobile orders.
