Perched out on a jungle shrouded area near where the Rio Barú meets the Pacific, this three-level, almost giant treehouse like brewery has quietly become one of Dominical’s go to hangouts. The beer, brewed in the building, is the star here, and there are a handful on tap at any given time, as well as kombucha. The menu is a little bit all over the place, though there are some standouts like the beer battered onion rings, beer mussels, and the seafood pasta (in a Pilsner beer sauce, of course).
