Romantic, contemporary food is served up in this delightful place overlooking Donegal Bay. The food is modern without a hint of pretension. Start with a plate of local shellfish with fresh sourdough toast, then for your main course try a char-grilled steak (a house specialty), or stick with the local seafood and opt for a plate of fresh smoked haddock from Killbegs. A small selection of more international dishes (especially South Asian) includes a delicious panko-crumbed chicken with basil pesto. Desserts are mostly of the indulgent, comfort-food variety. Resist if you dare the profiteroles with dark chocolate ganache sauce and you are a better person than us.
