This homage to Puerto Rico’s traditional fare offers specialties plates from across the island. We’re talking mofongo with fried pork rind Bayamón style, Ponce’s excellent variation on the ubiquitous sautéed dorado filet, and chicken fricassee recipe from the mountain town of Aibonito. It’s a festive place: Servers wear folkloric dress and local music is played. The weekend buffet brunch is quite popular.
