Live music, cabaret, and cocktails are sprinkled throughout a string of bars and ballrooms in this historic building down a little alley just off Princes Street. The Voodoo Rooms opened in 2007 and if you want to feel like you're "out on the town," head to the main first-floor bar and restaurant, a glamorous affair with booths, banquettes, huge arched windows, and soaring ceilings ornately decorated with gold leaf. It's also home to around sixty speciality tequilas. Be warned. (The other bars and function rooms, such as the Speakeasy and the French Quarter, open for set events: Check out the entertainment schedule). You can also book yourself in to learn the art of mixology or take a burlesque class.
