The Brewery (Hamivshala)
If it weren’t for Hamivshala’s somewhat odd location in an industrial area far from the water, this charming microbrewery would be one of the busiest eateries in Eilat. As you’d expect from a place that brews its own ales, the on tap selection is excellent and flights sampling their darkest to lightest are available. The menu is a compilation of bar foods greatest hits—mozzarella sticks, sliders, steaks—but they do also cater to vegans, with an excelllent cashew labaneh, and a few other choices.
