Set on a dock over Eel Pond in Woods Hole, this upscale restaurant is well worth the trip. It’s the perfect spot to come on a clear night: All the doors and windows—two sides of almost floor-to-ceiling glass here—can be swung open (there’s also ample seating on the deck). The menus change each year, but in general the operative word is “fusion,” with a focus on Asian influences, just as the name implies. Expect unusual flavors and combinations. Appetizers might include tempura asparagus fries or pan-seared pork dumplings. The main course menu might include red Thai curry grilled salmon or vanilla seared scallops with couscous.
