Tuly Mill

Relaxed and sophisticated, this bistro on the edge of the Florence Court estate is located inside an old watermill. Plenty of local flavors find their way onto the 3-course set menus, including some from the mill’s own walled garden. Start with some fritters made with goat cheese from Fivemiletown, County Tyrone; then go for a slow roast breast of Fermanagh chicken, or perhaps a simple, local steak in peppercorn sauce. Sunday lunches are popular here, with plenty of interesting fish and vegetarian options alongside the traditional plates of roast meats. The quiet grounds also contain a few self-catering cottages; prices in summer start at £250 for the weekend, £400 for a full week.
