The food is all sushi and small plates, so it’s light—a good antidote to one too many cowboy-size steaks. Especially recommended: the caterpillar roll (eel, cucumber, artificial crab, and avocado slices) and the black cat roll (tempura asparagus, spicy lobster, mango, and avocado with black sesame seeds).
