There’s no shortage of atmosphere in this 13th-century Venetian castle hotel on the edge of the cliffs. Rooms are small and quite plain but most boast airy views, and some face the sea far below Hora from little balconies. Our favorite is the one on the roof, with its own private verandah (and spectacular views). The owner is an affable, charming woman who clearly takes great pride in her hotel and enjoys meeting (and helping) visitors.
