Rooms are cute and comfy, with vintage Fort Lauderdale photos adorning the walls, white slatted headboards on the good quality beds, and pops of aqua to remind you that the sea is right outside. Staff loan out chairs, towels and umbrellas for the beach for free, there’s a shared BBQ grill for guests, and self-parking is a reasonable $10 a day. They get a lot of cruise passengers here because the motel is quite near to the main cruise port; and some students and backpackers because one room has a bunk bed in it (the rest are regular hotel rooms).
