Brickyard Hollow
A newer entry on Freeport’s dining scene and one of four craft breweries to have popped up straddling the outlets, Brickyard Hollow sticks with crowd pleasers that make for an easy lunch during a day of retail therapy. The long menu of pizzas has something for everybody, from margherita and sausage-and-mushroom to pulled pork with mac-and-cheese and blueberries-and-shallots. Or skip the dough and get a protein bowl. Either way, it’s quick in and quick out—unless you opt to dwell in front of the 12 taps.
Please note that Brickyard Hollow is now a small chain of Maine based pizzaria/breweries. There are ten outlets, including one in Portland, another in Biddeford, and still another in Ogunquit.
