This is a beautiful 23m (75-ft.) wooden schooner. Her foremast even carries a couple of square sails, making her seem like a classic sailing ship. The berths near midship are larger than those closer to the bow, but the midship cabins are also closer to the engine, so it's a trade-off. I'd opt to be a bit farther away from the engine.
