Hotel Le Petit Palais d’Aglaé
A timeless stone mas (Provençal farmhouse) reopened as a charming inn with 16 boutique bedrooms in 2016. Like many establishments in this foodie corner of Provence, it offers half-board deals at its seasonal restaurants, where the ingredients are mostly sourced from the hotel’s organic garden. Rooms are a little too 21st-century, given the historic setting, in our opinion. In 2023, the hotel added a cool, private cinema salon. Here guests can choose a movie of their choice to be screened alongside cakes, tea, and juices for 20€ per person. Finally, the valley views from the infinity pool perched over a cliff face are immense.
