Palmitos Park
Located in the surroundings of Barranco de Palmitos on the island of Gran Canaria, Palmitos Park has an aquarium and botanical garden complete with an orchid house--an oasis for birds, fish and butterflies. An Eagle House offers a flying demonstration each day alongside the old favorite, the Parrot Show, demonstrating the antics and tricks of one of the most friendly and intelligent birds in the world. The aquarium has an immense collection of tropical fish and the Orchid House an impressive selection of island flora.
