The Coronado Room’s classic fare might seem dated to some tastes, but it certainly sticks to the ribs. Appetizers like calamari and Maryland crab cakes seem a little unlikely a mile and a half above sea level; the entrees are more successful, including a twin pork chop, lamb lollipop, buffalo short ribs, steaks, and seafood, and, as a nod to vegetarians, a roast eggplant entree. If you want to be adventurous, they also serve a very good elk tenderloin.
