Visiting the Kitchen is a bit like dining inside a warm, inviting spaceship, thanks to its streamlined architecture and curved wall aglow with soft lighting. One of Jackson’s favorite restaurants, the place’s artfully presented dishes draw from a variety of culinary influences, from Asian to Mountain West flavors. Fish have a major role on the menu, from the crudo bar to entrees of seared ahi tuna or halibut. You’ll find a nice mix of classics (pork chops, fish and chips, burgers) and more fanciful meals (wild boar ravioli, smoked arctic char). There’s also a long list of specialty cocktails and wines by the glass.
