La Bastide St-Antoine (Restaurant Chibois)

La Bastide St-Antoine offers one of the grandest farm-to-table culinary experiences along the Riviera. In a 200-year-old Provençal farmhouse, top chef Jacques Chibois sources dishes from the surrounding by 2.8 hectares (7 acres) of orchards, cottage gardens, and olive groves, which diners can stroll through before they eat. Exquisite examples include roasted pigeon smoked with girolles mushrooms. Desserts may include strawberry soup with spice wine or ice cream made with olives and a hint of olive oil. Reservations are required.
