Getting There

The Matthew Town Airport is served by Bahamasair (tel. 800/222-4262in the U.S.; www.bahamasair.com), which departs Nassau on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings. Flight time is approximately 2 hours.

The mail boat MV United Star makes weekly trips from Nassau to Matthew Town. The schedule varies, so call the dock master at Nassau's Potter's Cay Dock (tel. 242/393-1064) for details.
