Although fairly basic, this lodge offers the most luxurious accommodations anywhere in the region. Guest rooms are spacious and modern, with a few bits of regional decor for character. Most guests are here to visit Grand Canyon West, go rafting with Hualapai River Runners, or hike into Havasu Canyon. The dining room is just about the only place in town to get a meal; it serves some Native American dishes. Light sleepers should be aware that there is a railroad track behind the hotel.
