Portside Hotel

Not that the rooms at Portside are ugly; they actually have furnishings that are a cut-above the standard motel, with solid wood furnishings, slate floors in the kitchen and handsome bathrooms. But they're not all that memorable, which may be fine when you know you can come back at night to a full kitchen in your room, an on-site laundry and a lovely pool. Families will be pleased to hear that, along with one-bedroom suites, there are two bedroom ones available, as well as rooms with connecting doors.
