“The Dressed Tiger” is the in-house restaurant for the artsy Finca Rosa Blanca Coffee Plantation & Inn. Owners Glenn and Teri Jampol are hardcore foodies and environmentalists, meaning much of the produce used is grown on site (you’ll also find their homegrown coffee making its way into rubs, sauces, and desserts). The menu here seeks to jazz up traditional Costa Rican classics and to create new dishes out of local ingredients. The best seats are on the deck, which is under tall trees overlooking the city lights of the Central Valley.
