This museum tells the story of traditional cider making from its heyday in the 17th century to modern factory methods. The King Offa Distillery has been granted the first new license to distill cider in the United Kingdom in more than 250 years; visitors can see it produced from beautiful copper stills brought from Normandy. The museum shop sells cider, cider brandy, cider brandy liqueur, and Royal Cider, the real wine of old England, as well as a good selection of gifts and souvenirs. On-site is a tea-and-coffee shop.
