Getting There

The trip to Hereford makes a scenic 3-hour drive from London. Take the M5 to either Ledbury or Romp-on-Wye, and then turn onto the A49 toward Hereford.

Hereford's Tourist Information Centre (tel. 01432/268430; www.visitherefordshire.co.uk) is located at 1 King St. and is open Monday to Saturday 9am to 5pm and on Sunday 10am to 4pm in summer.
