Hotzas

Hotzas is the oldest taverna in Chios Town and it's not easy to find. So speak up if you get lost: just about anyone you ask will have enjoyed a meal in the 
jasmine-scented garden at one time or another. The menu changes daily to utilize the freshest fish and vegetables, but count on mussels, squid,  and the house ouzo.
