This quaint fishing village, about 10km (6 miles) north of the center of Chios Town, is where islanders go for a seafood dinner. The quay is lined with excellent tavernas, prices are reasonable at all and the fish is always fresh. We think Yiorgo Passa’s stands out for its excellent service and creative preparations (though it also does simple grilled fish with a squirt of lemon and some olive oil, and often that's the tastiest option). Here as at the other restaurants, fish is priced per kilo, but you can order any size portion you wish.
