Having opened only in the last decade, the Park Hyatt lobby makes no attempt to emulate the French colonial style of so many other hotels in the city. Instead, it's all sleekness and modernity, though there are Vietnamese touches in the artwork on the walls and in-room furnishings. Rooms are supremely comfortable, with two-poster beds, French windows leading on to a balcony or private, poolside terrace, and marble bathrooms. As you might expect, all facilities are top-notch, including the enormous pool, one of the city's best spas, and two award-winning restaurants (Opera and Square One). So it's not surprising that the Park Hyatt has become the city's top choice for one-stop sleeping, eating, and pampering.
