This upmarket, dim sum and seafood restaurant is located quite a way from the city center, but makes an ideal lunch stop if you are visiting the History Museum or Botanical Gardens, which are just across the road. It's set in a former car showroom, and the enormous hall can feel a bit intimidating, especially when it's nearly empty, but that's rarely the case. It's gained a reputation for producing some of the best dim sum available in Saigon, but also serves many Chinese classics like suckling pig and Beijing duck. The smartly dressed staff are very attentive.
