Tucked away in Wan Chai not far from the convention center, this hotel bills itself as "Hong Kong's Urban Lifestyle Hotel." I'm not exactly sure what that means, unless it's the spartan lobby with its shockingly lime-green check-in desk, the free cocktails hosted in the lobby nightly from 6 to 8pm, or the rather standard rooms geared toward business travelers with their ergonomic chairs, office supplies, and DVD players (the hotel has both a DVD and book library). What I do know is that this is the first hotel in Hong Kong to acknowledge female travelers with a dedicated women's floor, complete with fresh flowers, aroma oil, jewelry box, facial steamer, herbal teas and healthy snacks, leg massage machine (on request), and yoga mats. Men, too, are pampered with the recently added dedicated men's floor, offering game consoles, imported beers (hey, I want those, too!), putting green, and monthly men's magazines. For long-staying guests, there are executive rooms (most have partial harbor views) and some deluxe rooms come with kitchenette.
