In a romantic 15th-century stone courtyard in a side alley in Hvar Town, the catchphrase here is “Have you ever tasted art?” The art in question is creative Mediterranean cuisine, including dishes like swordfish carpaccio with wild orange and pistachio and beef fillet medallions with black truffles. It’s all very indulgent and rather expensive, but worth it if you’re looking for something different. The interior’s ancient arches make a nice contrast with the contemporary furnishings. Reservations are recommended.
