Getting There

Flights from Paris arrive at Toulon-Hyères airport (tel. 08-25-01-83-87; www.toulon-hyeres.aeroport.fr), which lies between the town center and the beach. Rail connections are fairly easy, as Hyères lies on the main Nice-Lyon-Paris line. Nine local trains a day connect Hyères with Toulon. Hyères does not have a bus station, only a bus stop. Bus information is available from Sodetrav (tel. 08-25-00-06-50).

If you're driving, A570 from Hyères joins the southwest-bound A57 towards Toulon turning into the A50 towards Marseille and points north and west; A57 goes northeast to join A8, the autoroute between Nice and Aix-en-Provence.
