The original Kiki opened on Cihangir's central Siraselviler Street and remains a popular choice for a young, hip crowd looking for somewhere to drink and dance close to Taksim. However, its long and narrow interior means that it gets a little too busy during weekends. The more recently opened Kiki Ortaköy doesn't have this problem. So now the young, hip crowd flock here to spread out over three floors which house tables during the day when a menu offers a standard blend of Turkish and international dishes. At night, the tables are cleared to make space for the dancing, which inevitably takes place as DJs assume their position behind the decks. This is particularly enjoyable in summer months, when guests spill out onto the terrace to enjoy the Bosphorus view. Check the club's listings, as it occasionally hosts some internationally renowned German DJs on weekend nights and for special Sunday "chill" sessions.
