Owner Gavin Fine (a sommelier and co-owner of The Kitchen, Q Roadhouse, Il Villaggio Osteria, and Rendezvous Bistro) envisioned Bin 22 as a one-stop shop: a laid-back place to pick up a bottle of wine and a few groceries as well as sit down to Spanish- and Italian-style small plates. Here, you can choose a bottle from the well-stocked wine shop and take it to your table to pair with tasty tapas: salumi, cheeses, and excellent shareables such as charred octopus, baked egg, and the house-pulled mozzarella with several toppings. On top of all the wine options, Bin 22 also serves up pints from Jackson’s Roadhouse Brewing.
