The generous half-Continental, half–Middle Eastern Saturday luncheon buffet at the hotel’s Arabesque Room is a Jerusalem institution that offers nonguests the chance to experience the hotel’s romantic, old-timey ambience without actually staying here. A delicious, fresh whole chilled salmon is often the centerpiece of this all-you-can-eat spread that stretches across many tables.
