We’ll be frank: The magnificent views of the Dome of the Rock are why you choose this rooftop terrace restaurant—it’s a truly memorable spot for a meal. As for the menu, it offers standard Middle Eastern cuisine as well as a few Western-style dishes, such as pizza and pasta. Service is friendly, and you can usually linger over tea and baklava in the twilight amid evening prayer calls. There’s also a large indoor dining room, but we’d suggest eating elsewhere if it’s too cold for the roof; you come here for the view. The restaurant and terrace require a climb up four long flights of stairs.
