Serving spaghetti and pasta with all kinds of interesting tomato, olive oil, or cream-based sauces, this is an affordable choice that has the added benefit of being open on the Sabbath. Dishes are filled with generous amounts of fresh herbs and vegetables; but more unusual choices are also recommended, such as spaghetti and chicken in an Indian-style coriander sauce. The mint-filled Panzanella salads and a loaf of freshly baked house bread (extra charge) are worthwhile additions to any meal. The restaurant is located in a spacious, contemporary room inside Beit Agron, the modern Journalists’ Center. Whole-wheat pasta and nonpasta dishes are available for those who want a healthy choice.
