Located on a pristine private beach, this old school resort was revamped and resuscitated by the Opal Collection, which took the damp and musty 175 rooms and redid them top-to-bottom, adding high quality beds, large close up photos of palm leaves, Nespresso machines and mini-fridges. The ocean-facing pool is also a beaut, with waterfall spa, fire pits, and requisite pool bar and restaurant. There’s also a nice spa and Latitudes, Jupiter’s only oceanfront restaurant. Resort fee includes use of bikes, afternoon cookies and beverages in the lobby.
