Ocean Acres Cottages
This row of five log cottages are situated along a rural road between Murray River and Murray Harbour on grassy grounds next to a quiet inlet. Though built a little too close together and on the small side, the cottages are comfortable and well-equipped. The living room, dining room, and fully stocked kitchen are in a single room with knotty pine walls and hardwood floors. The two bedrooms are furnished with attractive wooden Craftsman beds and chest of drawers. Outside, a very small veranda with picnic table and barbecue overlooks roomy grounds with lots of opportunity for activities; there’s also a campground, on-site restaurant, a heated outdoor pool, a fitness center, access to the Confederation Trail, and kayaking in the bay. Cabins and restaurant open all year; campground May through Oct.
