There’s something wonderfully old-school about this chic townhouse hotel in the middle of Kinsale. The rooms are traditionally decorated with antique-style furniture and heritage print wallpaper. Appropriately enough in such a foodie town, the hotel has three restaurants, all of them good: a bar and bistro, a seafood café, and a tapas bar. The only snag is that you can get street noise here, so ask for an upper floor room if you’re a light sleeper.
