This place is devoted to thin-crust wood-fired pies. The bubbly crust is perfectly floppy, in true Neapolitan style. The organic dough, San Marzano tomato sauce, and top-tier mozzarella get the Italian seal of approval, but this pie shop doesn’t cater only to pizza purists (though their Margherita is on point). Some of the pies get pretty playful—one even comes topped with a sunny-side-up egg. Although the pizza is the star, the kitchen makes mighty tasty paninis, soups, and scones, too.
