After much praise from picky Bangkokians, Peppina has expanded into a mini empire around Thailand, and it’s all thanks to their Neapolitan pizzas. Their Ko Samui location is in partnership with the island’s best-known bar, CoCo Tams (p. ###), making this a one-two punch for those looking for quality dining and nightlife. The open-air restaurant is casual but cool with Edison lightbulbs and bamboo ceilings. Neapolitan pizzas come with a host of classic toppings, from Parma ham to artichokes, and there are fresh salads with nuts and cheese, and a variety of grilled cuts of meat. Craft beer and wines from Thai vineyards make this an easy place to linger.
